 SeLah
Our
co-ed, volunteer performance ensemble, SeLah, is unique in that it not only delivers
empowering messages for and about women but it is written, produced and directed by
women. Admission into SeLah is by audition only and we are always
looking for fresh talent in the performing arts - acting, singing and
dancing. However, we are also interested in bringing in those who are interested in being behind the scenes - costuming, stage
direction, lighting and video. SeLah is how we reach the masses through
creative expression and how we fund many of the SHI sponsored
activities throughout the year.
SeLah consists of both male and female
actors, singers, dancers and stage technicians who have auditioned to
be a part of the ensemble for at least 12 months. You must be at least 18 years old to audition for SeLah. We hold auditions for
