express themselves freely. SHI
addresses the needs of the whole woman - physical, mental, emotional,
spiritual and creative by offering practical tools that can be utilized
throughout womanhood.
Our Just Between Us Girls (JBUG) series for teens
ages 13-17 and our Real Women Stand Up! series for the more mature
young lady between the ages of 18 and 25 both discuss topics of
relevance that can be applied to every day life.
Wherever
